The agreement you'll sign
You sign it in the app through DocuSign, before your coding agent looks at anything; nothing is collected until it's signed. Here is what it says in plain English.
Value your data. Make you an offer or look for a buyer, but only if you ask.
Train models, build RL environments or datasets, or give anything to buyers, without a separate license you sign.
We delete your sample 7 days after your final valuation. You keep the valuation.
Stay with you. Your coding agent (Claude Code, Codex or Cursor) gathers the sample, and only counts reach us until you approve it in a dashboard on your machine.
Removed on your device before anything reaches us, with a signed privacy receipt you can verify.
If you opt in: an anonymised description you approve word for word. Never records, samples or excerpts.
Withdraw an opt-in or a listing anytime. Ask us to delete everything anytime. Data is encrypted and every reviewer access is logged.
The full agreement is shared with your company once your application is approved, before you sign anything.
